DataChamp includes some standard reports. Use them as basis for your custom exports from Shopify.

To create a new report, click on "New Report" ( ${color}#f44823 ) in the Dashboard: Press the "Run-Button" ( ${color}#f44823 ) to run a report. After the run is complete, download your Excel or CSV file by clicking on "Download" ( ${color}#ff0000 ).

Repeat and run the reports again if you need updated results. You will find the history of previous runs by clicking on "Actions/History".

After clicking on "New Report", you can create and edit a report. From here, simply use one of the templates provided - such as "Orders from yesterday".

The template sets the filter and selects standard fields from orders in Shopify, as shown in the screenshot below.

Import data with DataChamp

Accepted Answer

DataChamp is designed for exporting data only. It allows you to easily export data from your Shopify store into customizable reports, but it does not support importing data back into Shopify or other platforms.

In the Dashboards menu area, you can create a new report by clicking on the "New report" button. This will open a new page where you can select the items you want to export.

Can I export a new file for each item?

Yes, You Can!

If you need to export a separate file for each item, we’ve got you covered! When exporting data, a new file can be created for each individual item, such as: • One file per order when exporting orders • One file per product when exporting products • One file per customer when exporting customers

Supported File Formats

This feature is available for the following file types: ✔ Excel (.xlsx) ✔ CSV (.csv) ✔ Text (.txt)
