Report Settings Overview

Choose from various storage options for your exported data. The default storage option is DataChamp, which stores your data for free on our servers. Choose from the following export modes: 1. Items: Standard: All items that match the filter criteria are exported each time the report is run. Incremental: Only items that match the filter criteria and were not exported in a previous run are exported. So DataChamp keeps track of what was exported in previous runs, so each new export only adds new or updated items instead of duplicating data that has alreadyFew readersFile Type
Choose between these File Types: Excel CSV TXT When using Google Drive or Google Sheets for storage, these additional options will be available: Overwrite Append Add sheets Create new file These are all available options when using the CSV file type: 1. You can choose to receive email notifications when running an export. Additionally, you have the flexibility to send copies (CC) or blind copies (BCC) to multiple recipients as needed.
