Export Orders as Excel/CSV from Shopify



Exporting Shopify orders with all details is essential for custom reporting and backup purposes. With DataChamp, you can easily export full order data from the Shopify database. Let’s explore what you can export, what makes DataChamp unique, and how to do it.

Create a new report by clicking on the "New Report" button and select "Orders".

Click on "Browse" and select all the data you need


Apply filters (optional)
If you only want to export specific orders instead of all of them, use filters to refine your data. Click on the "Filter" button, select your criteria, choose a condition, and enter the desired values. You can apply multiple filters for a more targeted export.

Select the file type & file name
Choose whether you need a CSV, Excel, or TXT file.

Add an email notification (optional)
This option is available under "Settings" on the right side. Enter an email address and customize the subject and message. To begin, we recommend sending the report to yourself for verification.

Preview the Result
Click on the "Preview Button" to check to result of the report.

Save & Run the Report
Give your report a name.
Click "Save & Run" in the upper right corner.

Add a scheduler (optional)
In the dashboard, click the scheduler icon to set up automated exports. You can schedule your report to run hourly, daily, or at other intervals. Select the data you need
