  1. Fulfillment Filter:


You can use different fulfillment filters:


Fulfillment Status:

  • Unfulfilled
  • Unfulfilled or Partially fulfilled
  • Partially fulfilled
  • Fulfilled
  • Fulfilled or Partially fulfilled


is Fulfillable:

  • Incorporate other orders: DataChamp checks the inventory across all orders to see if this order is fulfillable.
  • Independent of other orders: DataChamp checks only this single order to see if it is fulfillable.


Fulfillment assigned location:

The warehouse or location that has been chosen to fulfill the order.


Fulfilled at:

Filters by the date an order was fulfilled: exact date, before/after a date, between two dates, within the last X days, or if empty.


Fulfillment in transit at:

Indicates when the shipment left the warehouse and is on its way to the customer. Can be filtered using date filters.


Fulfillable quantity:

The number of product units in an order that are still available to be fulfilled. Filter with quantity filters.


Fulfillment service name:

The service or system responsible for fulfilling an order. Filter with character filters.



  1. Refunded Filter


There are different Filters:

  • Refunded Amount: The money returned to the customer for a refund. Uses quantity filters.
  • Refund Created At: The date and time when the refund was issued. Uses date filters.
  • Refunded Line Item Quantity: How many units of a product were refunded. Uses quantity filters.
  • Transaction Kind: Type of refund transaction (e.g. refund, sale, authorization)
  • Transaction Status: Status of the refund (e.g., success, pending, failed).


There is a difference between the two filter:Line items: Refunded quantity → shows the total refunded quantity for a line item. (Example: You ordered 5 units of Product A and refunded 4 in total → this field shows 4.)Refunds: Refunded line items quantity → shows each refund separately. (Example: You refunded 3 units first, and then 1 unit later → you will see two refund entries: 3 and 1)



  1. Date Filters


Created at:

Examples:

  • Orders from yesterday: → Created at → last → 1 day
  • Orders from last month: → Created at → last → 1 month
  • Orders between 1st May and 15th May: → Created at → between → 1 May – 15 May



Fulfilled at: Line items, which have been fulfilled today:

Only Line Items, that start with "S" should be exported:


  1. Date placeholders


Export only orders with "Tag" "equals to any of" "%m/%d/%Y":


"%m/%d/%Y" will be automatically converted to today's date (e.g., "11/25/2025"), and only orders with this exact Tag will be exported.
